T’ai Chi is a balanced healthful, exercise system that integrates
free flowing movements with total body strength and breath.
T’ai Chi means the “Supreme Ultimate, Your True Energy”,
and is performed in a slow, almost leisurely manner…
a “meditation in motion”.
